Microsoft Customer Agreement (MAC)

As of April 15, 2023 all CSP customers will receive an e-mail notification from Microsoft of their acceptance of the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA).
The Primary contact provided on the submitted LS Central SaaS / LS Express Pricelist for the Customer License will receive this e-mail.

It is the partners responsibility to provide the agreement to the customer and have them sign it.

On the LS Retail pricelist we have a date section "Date of Customer Acceptance of LS Retail SaaS customr terms (including Microsoft Customer Agreement) and by sending in a filled our pricelist with this date, this is being agreed upon and confirmed that the customer has signed the agreement.
