LS Central Add-on Modules

All LS Central Modules are easily added to the license and are autonomous which means each customer chooses which modules are needed. LS Pay– per Device is licensed per Device CALs for Retail & Hospitality and Device CALs for Mobile in the license. If LS Pay – per Device is added to the license, it needs to maintain the equal number LS Pay as the number of Device CAL for Retail & Hospitality and Device CAL for Mobile in the license (also for devices not directly using LS Pay). Analyticscan be downloaded free from the LS Retail Portal and be used as is, or as a base for customer’s data warehouse and Business intelligence environment. (Analytics used to be called LS Insight) Bookings is licensed -per Location and -per Device. Bookings - per Location is a prerequisite for Bookings - per Device. Bookings -per Location should be defined in the system. When setting up the solution you setup the locations and those that are relevant to purchase license for. Staff Management is licensed per Employee. If the module is added to a license, the quantity need to be equal to the number of Employees registered in the LSC Staff Employee Table to be compliant. Hotels is licensed -per Property - per Room and -per Power App User. Hotels -per Property is prerequisite for Hotels - per Room and -per Power App User. Included in the Hotels -per Power App User is a Team Member license. Pharmacies is licensed with one Base Framework per license and Pharmacies -per device. Pharmacies dispense for up to 400 device and additional 400 devices is available to purchase. eCommerce is licensed with one Base Framework per license and eCommerce framework -per Device. Forecourt is licensed with Forecourt Base and Forecourt per device. One Forecourt base is the prerequisite for Forecourt per device. Forecourt per Device is only needed for those Retail Devices utilizing the Forecourt Controller interface Self-Checkout Connector is a layer between LS Central and Self-Checkout (SCO) devices that come from different hardware manufacturers. The Connector is not used when the LS Central POS is used as the user interface on a self-service checkout terminal. Scan Pay Go (SPG) is a loyalty app that is used by the retailer’s customers to do their shopping. Scan Pay Go is a software as a service subscription module that integrates with all License versions and is is charged by usage (number of transactions) and will be billed at the end of the month for the previous month. BC Environment with LS Central, needs to be activated in license manager, however it can be used for 30 days without activation. To start activation partners need to send an order for a ScanPayGo to LS Retails‘ licence department and will receive a license key back, used for activation. Aggregated Inventory for LS Central is designed to tackle a significant challenge faced by businesses dealing with a high number of transactions and is licensed once into the LS Central License Duty Free is licensed with one Base Framework and Duty Free - per device with max qty of 40. Additional devices above 40 will be at 0 value. Ferry is licensed with one Base Framework and Ferry - per device with max qty of 40. Additional devices above 40 will be at 0 value. Route Management System (RMS) is licensed with one Base Framework and RMS - per device with max qty of 40. Additional devices above 40 will be at 0 value. CentralConnect is an LS Central integration to head-office platforms and is licensed once into the LS Central license. Voyado Integration is licensed with one Base Framework and Voyado - per device with max qty of 40. Additional devices above 40 will be at 0 value. |
